Business Development Executive
(Positions available: 01)
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying the potential customer.
- Generating the lead, proper follow up for converting lead into sales.
- Accumulating prospective calls and cultivating them into business.
- Making sale reports on a periodically basis.
- Reporting on the closure and pipelines to Sales Manager on periodical basis.
- Mapping the area.
- Coordinating collections.
Technical Manager
(Positions available: 01)
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Transition of Technical site in coordination with Branch Manager.
- Coordination between Technical sites Head & Branch Manager.
- Planning & Execution of Operations at the technical site in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Planning & Execution of Technical Training at the site in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Resolution of technical faults & support site team for breakdown.
- Planning & execution of SOPs, Forms & Formats and best practices at technical sites.
- Execution of Energy conservation program at technical sites.
- Execution of Project Management consultancy in coordination with vendors and Branch Manager.
- To carry out Technical survey & report submission.
- CAM calculation & Preparation for an estimate for repair & Maintenance at site.
- Coordination with AMC/ CMC vendors for timely delivery of services.
- Planning and execution of EHS processes at the technical site.
Recruitment Manager
(Positions available: 01)
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/Portal etc.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc...
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- On-board new employees to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company’s reputation as “The best place to work”.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
